盐胁迫下AM真菌对紫花苜蓿生长及生理特征的影响
Effects of AM Fungi on Growth and Physiological Characters of Medicago sativa L· under NaCl Stress
摘要
Abstract
The effects of AM fungi on the growth and physiological characters of Medicago sativa L. under NaCl stress were studied. Three NaC1 treatments levels of 0%, 0.5% and 1.0% were added to the soil for the potted plant. The results showed that application AMF influenced the growth of host plants (the height,P<0.05), the soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline content in roots were all increased along with the heighten of NaCl levels. The fresh-weight of the host plants roots was 1.27 times more heavier than non-inoculated under 1.0% NaCl; MDA content of each treatment in inoculated plant was lower than control;Pro content in leaves and roots of Medicago sativa L. were 0. 82, 1.41 times as the comparison under NaCl stress(1.0%). It could be concluded that AMF could not only accelerate the growth and accumulate the osmotic adjustment matter of host plant, but also keep a low level of MDA to reduce the salt-intimidate.
