Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the diagnosis and clinical characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with pulmonary fungal infection.METHODS: Clinical information of 78 COPD patients with pulmonary fungal infection was analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: 78 COPD patients with pulmonary fungal infection were treated with fluconazole.56 cases were cured, and 10 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 84.62％.Susceptible factors were old age, widespread use of antibacterial drugs and hormones, complicating diabetes and other primary diseases.CONCLUSION: Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of fluconazole are important measures for the prevention and control of COPD with pulmonary fungal infection.关键词
