摘要

Abstract

In ISO6953 and GB/T20081, there is a disadvantage that two measuring devices must be used for determination of the flow rate characteristics of pneumatic regulators with forward flow and relief flow characteristics.A new set of measuring device and method was proposed herein, which made use of an electric regulator with large relief function as the load pressure and flow regulation device and a dual directional flow meter.With the continuous conditionings from maximum forward to maximum relief flow, pressure and flow rate, as well as flow rate characteristics can be obtained in real-time.This will simplify the measuring circuit, avoid measurement instrument exchange and the caused errors, improve the test efficiency and save the amount of used air.
