小兴安岭典型湿地土壤Fe化学形态空间分布及干扰对其影响
Speciation Distribution of Fe and Effects of Disturbance in Main Wetland Types Soil in Xiaoxing'anling

Abstract
According to BCR sequential extraction procedure, it analyzed the speciation distribution of Fe in main wetland types soil in Xiaoxing'anling, the results showed that: (1) The average content of total Fe was 12 423.81~15 755. 18 mg/kg, which showed no significant difference among the three wetland types(p>0.05). The content of total Fe decreased with the depth of arborous mire and scrub mire, and reduced firstly and increased afterward with the depth of herb mire. The average content of weak acid extractable Fe appeared that scrub mire(1.05 % ) > herb mire(0.85 % ) > arborous mire(0.25 %) (p<0.01) ; the average content of reducible Fe showed no significant difference among the three wetland types(p>0. 05), the percentage was between 21.71%~32.55 %; the average content of oxidizable Fe appeared that scrub mire(30.89 %)> arborous mire(22.29%)> herb mire(12.57%)(p<0.05). The contents of weak acid extractable Fe, reducible Fe and oxidizable Fe reduced with the depth of arborous mire and scrub mire, and increased firstly and reduced afterward with the depth of herb mire. The average content of residual Fe appeared that arborous mire(55.75%)> herb mire(55.82%)> scrub mire(35. 51%)(p<0. 01). The content of residual Fe reduced firstly and increased afterward with the depth of arborous mire and herb mire, and reduced with the depth of scrub mire. (2) After the disturbance of harvest, the average content of total Fe decreased 28.72%in 0-15 cm soil layer and increased 25.44% in 30-50 cm soil layer; the average content of reducible Fe decreased 30.73% in 0-15 cm soil layer; the average content of oxidizable Fe decreased 72.30% in 0-50 cm soil layer; the average content of residual Fe increased 47.03 % in 5-50 cm soil layer. (3) After the disturbance of grazing, the average content of total Fe increased 1.33 times in 0-50 cm soil layer; the average contents of weak acid extractable Fe and reducible Fe decreased 82.92%, 49.03% respectively in 0-50 cm soil layer; the average content of oxidizable Fe increased 5.65 times in 0-15 cm soil layer and decreased 56.85 %in 15-50 cm soil layer; the average content of residual Fe increased 2.66 times in 0-50 cm soil layer.关键词
