胶州湾海底隧道衬砌混凝土关键参数研究
Key parameters of constructed lining concrete in Jiaozhou Bay Subsea Tunnel
摘要
Abstract
The strength, chloride diffusion coefficient, cover thickness, permeability, casting thickness, void region and bonding quality of constructed lining concrete in Jiaozhou bay subsea runnel were investigated. The results indicate that the compressive strength of lining concrete is about 30 MPa and 60 MPa at the age of 3 d and 28 d in the field or in the standard condition, respectively, and the compressive strength of lining concrete decreases by 6%-7% in the field compared with in the standard condition. The rebound strength, chloride diffusion coefficient, and anti-permeability level of constructed lining concrete in Jiaozhou bay subsea tunnel is 53-57 MPa, (2.1-2.7)× 10-12 m2/s, and more than S12,respectively, and the varied cover thickness of the left and right are -6-15 mm and -4-15 mm, respectively. The compressive strength of drilled lining concrete core sample is more than 50 MPa, and its chloride diffusion coefficient of left and right are 1.60× 10-12 m2/s and 3.39× 10-12 m2/s, respectively, which satisfies the designed requirement. The thickness of lining concrete exceeds by 1.0-3.5 cm of designed parameters and the void region between outer lining and lining concrete is not observed in the runnel. The bonding quality of lining concrete is good. Additionally, the performance of lining concrete in mouth of subsea tunnel is worse than that of the rest parts, therefore, the waterproof measurements should be considered.关键词
