护士配偶选择及工作压力与主观幸福感相关研究
A Study on the Correlation between Nurses' Choice of Spouse, Working Pressure and Subjective Well-being
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate married nurses' choice of spouse, subjective well-being and discuss the main influential factors. Methods: 473 nurses in a 3A grade hospital were evaluated with General Well-being Schedule (GWB) and Nurse's Work Pressure Sources Scale. Results: The GWB of all the subjects was low (64.65 ± 10.05) and that of the unmarried nurses was lower. Among the married nurses, those whose sprouse was a civil servant or a doctor had a higher score of GWB than those whose sprouse was a soldier, a worker or a teacher. Their working pressure had a negative correlation with their GWB. Conclusion: Humanistic care to nurses should be strengthened and proper professional orientation needs to be trained in order to satisfy their occupational expectation and increase their sense of belonging. At the same time, sources of working pressure are to be reduced and supports from their sprouse to be given in order to increase their GWB and establish a favorable humane and social environment for the harmonious families and hospital.关键词
