玻璃成分对TiAI基合金高温氧化防护行为的影响
Influence of component of glass on protecting TiAl alloy in high temperature oxidation
摘要
Abstract
Oxidation behaviors of different composition glasses protected Ti-47Al-2Cr-0.2Mo (atom fraction, %) alloy at 1 200 ℃ were investigated. The results indicate that the alloys are enwrapped in the viscous flow state glasses at 1 200 ℃.The protect effect changes obviously with different compositions of the glasses. After heat preservation at 1 200 ℃ for 30 min, most of the glasses desquamate and protecting ability decreases when the composition is 60SiO2-23Na2O-17CaO (mass fraction, %). The desquamated area decreases with the increase of the content of SiO2. The alloy is enwrapped completely when glass composition is 80SiO2-11Na2O-9CaO, which can effectively prevent it from oxidation.关键词
