改良超声乳化手术治疗超高龄白内障的临床观察
Clinical study of different phacoemulsifications in great aged senile cataract

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of the improved phacoemulsification in great aged senile cataract. Methods: 48 patients (55eyes) with great aged senile cataract received improved phacoemulsification and intraocluar lens implantation. 42 patients (50eyes) received phacoemulsification and intraocluar lens implantation. The follow-up time is from 1 to 6 months. Results:(1) The visual acuity of improved phacoemulsification group below 0.1 was only in 1 eye (1.8％) after 1 week. The phacoemulsification group was 5 eyes (10.0％). The differences were no statistics meaning. (2)The corneal endothelium density of improved phacoemulsification group reduced 9.3％; the corneal endothelium density of phacoemulsification group reduced 17.8％. The differences were statistics meaning after operation. (3)Only 1 eye (1.8％) was not implanted intraocular lens in bag of improved phacoemulsification group. In phacoemulsification group , broken bags were 3 eyes (6.0％) in operations , and 2 of those (4.0％)were not implanted intraocular lens. ; corneal edema were 4eyes (8.0％); cystoids macular edema was 1 eye (2.0％). Conclusion: The improved phacoemulsifications in patients with hard cataract were better visual acuity, smaller trauma and few syndromes etc.关键词
