摘要
Abstract
Objective: Devising a king of sleep paste to Sticking on the Supranasal point and Forehead to treat insomnia and observing its effect.Methods: According to stated standard to choose 10 patients who had suffering from long-term and stubborn chronic insomnia. They sacked in VEEG room at night and accepted observation from VEEG for one week. On top of it,they were sticked the special sleep paste on the forehead before dreamland every night and continued accepting observation from VEEG for one week. At the same time, the time of dropping asleep, the awake times in nighttime, the awake time every times and the sleeping time all night longwere observed. The senses of patients in the morrow was inquired. Results:Comparing with the dormancy before using sleep paste, the time of dropping asleep was shorten distinctly(t= 7. 71 ,P＜0. 01), the awake times in nighttime was reduced(t= 8.78, P＜0.01), the awake time every times was shorten distinctly(t= 6. 669, P＜0.01), the sleeping time all night long was prolonged distinctly(t= 5.22,P＜0.01) and the senses of patients in the morrow was better(P＜0.05). Conclusions: The Supranasal point and Forehead was Sticking by this kind of sleep paste that could treat insomnia not only accelerating dropping asleep but also maintaining dormancy.关键词
