Abstract
Objective:To study the influences of L-arg on ET-1 in Cerebral Isehemia-Repefusion Injury in rats. Method:60 rats were made focal cerebral isehemie reperfusion injury by thread occlusion. The experiment observed the protective efects of L-arg on ET-1. The activity of CK and LDH were determinated by Enzyme dynamic method. The changes of ET-1 were determinated by ELISA and Western blot methods. Result: The results showed that RI causes the dysfunction of endothelium. The serum levels of ET-1 is increased in Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the levels of ET-lin groups reperfusion are higher than ischemia groups,ischemia groups are higer than that in control groups and the same in western blot andPCR. Conclusion:L-arg protects rat brain from focal cerebral ischemia-repefusion injury.关键词
