共沉淀-熔融法制备铁磁性微晶玻璃及其表征
Preparation and Characterization of Ferrimagnetic Glass-ceramics by Coprecipitation-melting Method
摘要
Abstract
A ferrimagnetic glass-ceramic in the system SiO2-NaZ O-CaO-P2O5-Fe2O3 was prepared by coprecipitation-melting method. The values of lattice constant and crystallite size of the magnetite were calculated by XRD patterns. The magnetic property was measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that the glass-ceramic contains a unique crystalline phase of magnetite with no longer require any nucleation and growth thermal treatment, since the maximal quantity of magnetite crystals was produced during cooling. The glass-ceramic with a specific saturation magnetic moment of 36. 74 A·m2 /kg and a coercive force of 27 kA/m is obtained.关键词
