反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿感冒颗粒中连翘苷含量OACSTPCD
Content Determination of Xiaoer Ganmao Granules by RP-HPLC
目的 建立测定小儿感冒颗粒中连翘的有效成分连翘苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76),流速1 mL/min,检测波长202nm.结果 连翘苷进样量的线性范围为0.023 62～0.5909μg(r=1),平均加样回收率为99.06%,RSD=1.48%(n=6).结论 反相高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,可用于小儿感冒颗粒的质量控制.
Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of forsythin in Xiaoer Ganmao Granules. Methods The Diamonsil C18 column (250min×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted and acetonitrile-water (24:76) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 mL/min and detective wavelength was set at 202 nm.
