摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of the testicular tumor Methods A comprehensive analysis was performed by observing the 2-dimensional sonograms and the color Doppler blood image in 57 cases with the testicular tumor using high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and analysed with related clinical situations.All the cases were pathologically confirmed after operation.Results the accuracy rate was 93％ ,the error diagnostic rate was 7％.low echo, rich blood, mainly in seminoma and yolk sac tumor; low echo,extremely blood, mainly in lymphoma;mixed echo,rich blood, mainly in andmixed germ cell tumor,mixed with strong echo with acoustic echo, poor blood mainly in teratoma.Conclusions high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the diagnosis of testicular tumor,is of high accuracy.While combined with the correlated clinical situations, we can obtain further reliable informations for testicular tumor and pathological types make.关键词
