Abstract
Objectives Retrospective study on the risk factors of pancreatitis after ERCP for intentional nurse.Methods To determine risk factors, consult documents, make the nursing interventions, and put these on 85 patients who had ERCP.Results Incidence rate of pancreatitis for the 85 patients after EBCP is 3.53％, which has marked difference in comparison with 6.05％ in my department.Conclusion The factors of EBCP inducing pancreatitis are avoidable mostly, besides the doctor's good operation, the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing interventions are positive value.关键词
