摘要
Abstract
Objectcve : To investigate CT features and clinical application of closed renal trauma.Methods : CT findings and com plete clinical data of 54 cases with closed renal traum a were reho spectively analyzed .Results : Of 54 cases , renal contusion (n=8 ) , renal hematom a ( n= 3 ) , renal parenchymal laceration (n= 11 ) , renal shattering ( n= 2 ) , laceration of ureteropelvic junction (n=1) , renal subcapsular hematoma (n= 33) , perinephric hematoma ( n=15 ).Ureteropelvic junction injury (n=1 ) was missed on initialCT .Conclusion : CT can rapidly and accurately judge the extent and range of closed renal trauma , and provide treatment planning.关键词
