高强度螺栓连接抗剪性能研究
Analysis on shear behavior of high-strength bolts connection
摘要
Abstract
To avoid repeated tests and complicated finite element model analysis, it is important to find an accurate and simplified approach to describe the shear behavior of high-strength bolts connection.Nonlinear finite element model of high-strength bolt connection is established with ABAQUS and then element types, bolt mechanical behavior, the material stress-strain relationship and contact model are described details.Non-linear finite element model is proved correct and applicable base on existing typical shear tests.The shear behavior of bolted connections is further discussed.Through a large number of parametric analyses, the three feature points and four stages of the simplified shear behavior model of high-strength bolt connection are calibrated.The simplified shear behavior model and hysteretic model of high-strength bolt are proposed.Through case study the feasibility of the model is validated.The results show that the simplified model has a simple form and can result in accurate calculation which makes it a great tool for the future engineering application.关键词
