摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the application value of MSCT angiography in combined imaging on pelvis and low erextrem ity vesselby ramp in jection method with double tubes .Methods :Sixty- three cases were randomly divided into three groups : A , B ,C . The group A and B were injected contrast medium by high pressure syringe conventionally with constant-speed .The C group was injected conttrastm edium by ramp in jection method with double tubes .Two physicians with high professional title evaluated the in aging of the artery solo after the image was processed .The result divided into 4 grades.Every group' s CT value of the distal end of right and left common iliac artery /vein and lower extremity artery /vein , where the levelw as correspondent fixed was measured .To statistic the data by t- test, α=0.05 , to study the signficance and thedifference of the C T value .Results : The best display rate of the vessel was 92.06％ (58 /63 ) .The group C ' estinate score was the highest, while the group B ' score was the low est.T he group C'CT value was the highest, while the group B ' CT value w as the low est.The group A and C had no signficant difference , distal end was lower, the difference from group C w as statistical signficance .Conclusion :The method of ramp injection with double tubes is convenient and useful in comb ined in aging on pelvis and lower extrem ityves sel, and has in portan t app lication value .关键词
