支气管哮喘的规范化治疗体会(附3例重症支气管哮喘抢救报告)
Standardized Treatment of Asthma (3 Cases of Severe Asthma Rescue Report)

Abstract
Objective: To explore the importance and necessity of standardized treatment of asthma.Methods: We reviewed and analyzed 3 cases of severe asthma treatment process in our respiratory intensive care unit (RICU), and compared the control level before and after standardized treatment, combining the related literature review.Results:Three patients had a clear history of asthma, but they did not accept the standardized treatment, they were not controlled before admission, and the acute severe asthma attack caused serious respiratory failure and hospitalization.During asthma attack, it was also, without exception, there were serious lung infection.After they received standardized management and treatment, they got full control of asthma symptoms, and lung functions were restored and maintained relatively good.Conclusions: Although asthma is not completely curable, but it can be completely controlled through standardized treatment and management, that is the only way to gradually reduce the acute attack of asthma, especially the acute severe asthma attack.关键词
