Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of hemo oxygenase- 1(HO- 1) protein in placental trophoblast cells of patients with pregnant- induced hypertension (PIH).Methods Placental villi folial was taken from the normal terminal pregnant women and patients women with PIH for cell culture, and HO- 1 protein in placental tissue was detected by Western- blot method.Placental villi folial taken from normal early pregnant women was cultured with serum of normal terminal pregnant women (NTP) and midrange and advanced PIH patients, respectively.The quantity of HO- 1 protein in different group was detected with Western- blot.Results The expression of HO- 1 protein in placental tissue of PIH patients was lower than that of NTP group (P＜0.001).The HO- 1 protein expression in placental trophoblast cells cultured with serum from PIH patients was also lower than that cultured with the serum of NTP woman.Conclusion The HO- 1 protein expression decreases in placental villi tissue of PIH patients and the placental trophoblast cells induced by serum of PIH patient.关键词
