摘要

Abstract

With the extensive appllcation of solar cells, the fabrication of siliCon solar cells on a curved surface is an application trend However, the mechanical properties of silicon make it difficult and inefficient in production of battery components on a curved surface An arbitrary surface of silicon solar module production method was presented in this paper The installation of the soft antireflection film on the surface of solar cells markedly improved the performance of solar cell. The experimental tests find that the open-circuit voltage is of 1.945 V, and the short-circuit current is of 2.478 A, which is better compared with the current heterojunction Al0.85Ga0.15As/GaAs solar ceil
