基于TESW的正面碰撞建模理论与验证
Modeling theory and verification for frontal impact based on TESW

Abstract
In order to study the relationship between the peak occupant chest deceleration as well as the occupant restraint system, initial impact velocity, vehicle structure and occupant response in the impact safety design, the linear spring stiffness k was used to simulate the occupant restraint system and a frontal impact model was established with.With keeping the maximum dynamic displacement C and rebound time tm in equal, the actual vehicle deceleration was fitted with the simplified tipped equivalent square wave (TESW).The key points of TESW were determined through calculating such parameters as centroid time tc.The dynamic equation of the occupant chest versus vehicle based on TESW was derived and solved.The TESW-based chest deceleration was compared with the actual chest deceleration, and the TESW-based frontal impact theory was further enriched.The results show that the TESW-based modeling theory for frontal impact is right and can provide the direction for the preliminary design of the occupant restraint system.关键词
