摘要

Abstract

The tubing collision noise is the primary noise source in the tubing plant, which does great harm to people.There is no better solution at home and abroad.By analyzing the pipe rolling characteristics of the tubing on the pipe bridge, this paper finds the scientific evidence of the pipe bridge slope design, identify the origin and law of tubing collision noise.Based on this theory as guidance, the tubing collision protection device has been developed, which designs the forcible constraint of tubing rolling on the pipe bridge , avoiding the collision of tubing with each other, while positioning of tubing forcible arrangement has been realized.The tubing collision noise has been successful solved.
