Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. [Method]The series is 72 upper ureteral calculi cases ( right 27 cases, left 45 cases, male 40 cases, female 32 cases, diameter of stone 1.5 ～ 2.5 cm ). Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy was performed with general anesthesia. Double J stent was inserted during surgery. [ Results ] All operations were successful. The time of operations ranged from 50 to 140 minutes, and the average time was 65 minutes. The average inpatient time was 6 days after operation. During 3 to 6 months follow- up time, no complication was found. [ Conclusion ] Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is a safe, effective and minimally invasive method of treating upper ureteral calculi with rapid rehabilitation and short inpatient time.关键词
