摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the usefulness and techniques of the clinical application of the ultrathin traunsnasal gastroscopy.[Method]1228 cases were examined by the ultrathin transnasal gastroscopy, with emphasis attention on the techniques of cardia and descendant duodenum, reversing at the gastric fundus, as well as its application in the small biopsy specimen operations.[Result]1151 cases were succeed done at the first try, and the suecess rate reached 93.7％.1211 cases were reached A-level observation, and the A-level observation rate was 98.6％.[Conclusion]The ultrathin transnasal gastroscopy examination was of feasibility, tolerance and safety.关键词
