胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的超声诊断

Abstract
Objective To examine the value of ultrasonography for the diagnosis of the solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas (SPTP). Methods The imaging findings of ultrasonography in 13 cases of pathologically proved SPTP were analyzed retrospectively. The analysis was focused on tumor echo, margin, and morphology. Results In 9 cases, the tumor was defined accurately by ultrasound. Mislocation occurred in 3 cases and one case failed to be detected. Conclusions SPTP has some characteristic ultrasound features. Increasing the recognition and integrating with the results of other examinations might enhance the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for SPTP.关键词
