Autologous platelet-rich gel in the efficacy of revascularization in the evaluation of patients.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of autologous platelet-rich gel on diabetic patients after lower extremity revascularization.Methods 10 patients with diabetic foot were received routine western medicine therapy and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.After revaseularization, A total of 12 autologous platelet-rich gel were received.Results 10 patients after successful treatment with autologous platelet-rich gel and wound healing were obviously improved.Conclusion Diabetic patients after revascularization treated with autologous platelet-rich gel is safe and effective.关键词
