成都地区17家医院2007～2009年神经系统药利用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objecive To investigate the utilization trend of nervous system drugs in the 17 hospitals for reference of clinical rational drug use.Methods The utilization of nervous system drugs from 2007 to 2009 and wasevaluated using the order of consumption sum and defined daily dose (DDDs).Results Of the total drugs used in the 17 hospitals of 2009, The total cost of the nervous system drugs used in chengdu city in was 261.72 million yuan , it accounted for 10.40％ of the total cost.Compared with 2008, the percentage of the total cost increased a little bit.These will include new generation of psychotherapeutic agents, antipyretic and analgesic , anesthetics, nervous stimulants and so on.Conclusion The use of nervous system drugs assumes an increasingly important role in clinical treatment.Applied to the district hospital drug combination in patients with nervous system diseases and economic conditions, fully embodies the rational use of drugs.关键词
