胆囊结石与血脂水平关系的分析
The relationship between the gallstone disease and the serunl lipids level in the young people.

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between the gallstone disease and the serum lipids level in the people under 45 years old. Methods The serum levels of TC ,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C of 385 people with gallstone disease confirmed by B-ultrasonic (study group) were assayed. The results were controlled by the same indexes of the serum lipids level in people with liver cyst (control group). Results No significant difference of the serum lipids level was found between two groups( P ＞ 0. 05 ) ,meanwhile the number of abnormal serum lipids cases in two groups also had no significant difference ( P ＜ O. 05 ). Conclusion There are on significant relationship between the gallstone disease and the serum lipids level in the people under 45 years old.关键词
