螺内酯对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective The study is to investigate the effects of antisterone on endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and Fifty cases of patients with essential hypertension were chosen, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was administrated antisterone 20 ～40mg/d for 6months on basis of ACEI applying, and The control group was administrated Hydrochlorothiazide 25 ～ 50mg/d for 6months on basis of ACEI applying.The endothelial function of two groups before and after the treatment was measured.The blood pressure and side effects of two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group, the humeral arterial endothelium-dependent vasodilation of patients with essential hypertension reduced( P ＜ 0.05 ), the serum levels of NO and PGI2 were higher( P ＜ 0.01 ), and the levels of ET and TXA2 were lower ( P ＜ 0.01 ), the blood pressure dropped remarkably ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Antisterone do not only drop the blood pressure ,but also improve the endothelial function remarkably in patients with essential hypertension.关键词
