Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between childhood abuse, attachment and adolescent's cluster-B personality disorder tendency. Methods: 350 adolescents were investigated with the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), Adult Attachment Questionnaire (AAQ3.1) and the subscales of cluster-B of personality diagnose questionnaire (PDQ). Results: The results of correlation analysis indicated that, except Emotional Neglect with Histrionic and Narcissistic personality disorder and Father Attachment, all of the rest factors of CTQ and AAQ and cluster-B were significantly positively correlated with each other. The results of SEM indicated that CTQ and AAQ could positively predict cluster-B personality disorder tendency. The childhood abuse not only directly predict cluster-B personality disorder tendency,but also indirectly predict cluster-B through attachment. Conclusion: The childhood trauma and attachment have important influence on eluster-B personality disorder tendency. The insecure attachment plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between childhood trauma and cluster-B personality disorder tendency.关键词
