团体心理辅导对大学生网络成瘾的影响研究
Effect of Group Guidance on Internet Addiction Disorder among University Students

Abstract
Objective: To explore effect of group guidance on Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) in university students.Methods: 71 University students of Soochow University were collected and assigned to experiment group (n=36) and control group(n=35) randomly. The experiment group received group guidance of 24 hours and 8 group meetings. Young's Internet Addiction Test(IAT), Emotion Regulation Test, Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SAD), Index of Well-Being and Emotional versus Social Loneliness Scales were administrated to all the 71 students before and after the group guidance to evaluate the effect. There was also a self-made evaluation form administrated to the experiment group to evaluate the effect of group guidance after the group guidanee. Results: Before the group guidance, the experiment group and control group had no significant differences in all the Scales (P>0.05). After the group guidance, the experiment group showed a significant decrease in score of IAT and had a significant improvement in emotion regulation, social communication, feeling of well-being and emotional status. Conclusion: The group guidance shows an effective way in decreasing the internet addiction disorder and social anxiety and improving emotion regulation ability in university students.关键词
