Abstract

In order to solve the problems that the flavor composition of Honghe cigarette products was single and lacks of rich aroma, the aroma characteristics of the domestic best-selling cigarette and those of the Honghe products were compared. Deployment test for spices monomer combination was carried out and the table incense formula design of the products was completed on the basis of screening evaluation and selection of functional materials, such as the tobacco trace characteristic aroma,spicy ingredients, and fruit extracts, combined with positioning of the Honghe cigarette products. Results of the sensory evaluation and analysis of aroma components, showed that the richness, style characteristics, and sensory quality of the products were significantly improved by the adjusted flavor formula, and the aroma components were also increased.
