摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the method of amplication culture of Bacillus subtilis HW201 for flax retting was studied. The results showed that the optimal medium compositions were 1.5% cornmeal, 1.5% soybean flour, 0.4% dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 0.4% calcium carbonate; the best culture conditions were 36 ℃ of the incubation temperature, pH 6.5 ~ 75. In the production test, the total number of the bacteria was over 1014 cfu / mL, solid agent was more conducive to the product storage than liquid agent.
