赤芍总苷提取与大孔树脂纯化工艺研究
A Research on the Optimized Extraction Process and Macroporous Resin Purification Technology of Radix Paeoniae Rubra

Abstract
Objective: To study the optimized extraction process and macroporous resin purification technology of radix paeoniae rubra.Methods: Taking paeoniflorin as the characteristic markers, such as alcohol concentration, alcohol consumption and extraction time,which were the three factors.An orthogonal design was employed.Then selected the type of resin and investigated the adsorption velocity, resin diameter length ratio, volume of water and elution, concentration of elution and sample on the purification results.Results: The extraction with 80％ ethanol 12 or 10 times as much as radix paeoniae rubra for 1.0h and twice was more effective.Extractor gets through AB - 8 macroporous resin column (diameter length ratio 1:8 ), the adsorption velocity 1 mL/min, 3 times the volume of water, 5 times the volume of 20％ethanol elution.Conclusion: The process is simple and economic, and it can be used for extraction and purification of radix paeoniae rubra.关键词
