支气管哮喘糖皮质激素不同使用阶段证候特点的文献研究
A Literature Study on the Characteristics of Syndromes in Different Using Phases of Glucocorticoid for Treating Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of pattern of syndromes in different using phases of glucocorticoid for treating bronchial asthma by literature study. Methods: To investigate 1944 cases of bronchial asthma (BS) in 37 pertinent literatures from 1994 to 2007 and statistically analyze the characteristics of pattern of syndromes in different using phases of glucocorticoid in treating BS. Results: In the large dosage using phase of glucocorticoid, the major pattern of syndromes of BS was interior harmful retention of wetness and heat (38.34％) and internal heat due to yin deficiency ( 19.50％ ) ,while in the remission phase there are deficiency of both qi and yin (36.11％) and wet resistance due to qi deficiency (32.84％) ,and in the stable phase there are yang deficiency of kidney(40.16％ ) and wet resistance due to qi deficiency (20.19％) and blood stasis may be whin every phase.
