Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of emergent cervical cerclage.Methods Forty cases of cervical incompetence were analyzed retrospectively from 2008 to 2010 and they had received emergent cervical cerclage.Their preoperative cervical length and width,the prolongation of the gestational age were recorded.Results Among the 40 cases with emergency cerclage,33 got survival neonatus and 2 patients had not yet delivered.The average prolongation of single pregnancy was 50.73 days and the average prolongation of bigeminal group was 48.33 days.Conclusion Emergent cerclage could obviously prolongate the gestational week of the patients with cervical incompetence, and improve neonate prognosis.关键词
