The Clinical Investigation of Emergent Cervical Cerclage
目的 探讨紧急宫颈环扎术的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析40例宫颈机能不全患者,均施行紧急宫颈环扎术,统计手术前宫颈情况及延长孕周情况.结果 40例紧急宫颈环扎术均成功实施,33例患者得存活新生儿,2例保胎中.单胎组孕周平均延长50.73 d,双胎组平均延长48.33 d.结论 紧急宫颈环扎术能有效的延长宫颈机能不全患者的孕周,明显改善新生儿预后.
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of emergent cervical cerclage.Methods Forty cases of cervical incompetence were analyzed retrospectively from 2008 to 2010 and they had received emergent cervical cerclage.Their preoperative cervical length and width,the prolongation of the gestational age were recorded.Results Among the 40 cases with emergency cerclage,33 got survival neonatus and 2 patients had not yet delivered.The average prolongation of…查看全部>>
