盐角草化学成分研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Salicornia europaea
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Salicornia europaea. Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by means of several chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as syringaresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ), icariside B2 ( 2 ), erythro-1- (4-O-β-D-glu-copyranosyl-3,5-dimethyoxyphenyl) -2-syringaresinoxyl-propane-1,3-diol ( 3 ), longifloroside B ( 4 ), 7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6-methoxy-chromone (5). Conclusion:Compounds 1 ～ 4 are obtained from this genus for the flrst time.关键词
