摘要

Abstract

SiC/Cu-Al composites with 70% (volume fraction) SiC particles were prepared by pressureless infiltration and Cu coated SiC particles (SiC/Cu) were used to reinforcing matrix. The influences of blocking pressure, infiltration temperature and infiltration time on the infiltration depth were studied by orthogonal test. The morphology and phase structure of the composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that under blocking pressure of 10 MPa, infiltration temperature of 850 ℃ and infiltration time of 3 h conditions, the SiC/Cu-Al composite structure evenly and dense without obvious porosity defects,and the thermal expansion coefficient is 6. 932 3 × 10-6/℃.
