冷轧预变形对2519A铝合金时效析出的影响
Effects of cold-pre-rolling reduction on precipitation of 2519A aluminum alloy plate
摘要
Abstract
The effects of cold-pre-rolling reduction on precipitation and mechanical properties of 2519A aluminum alloy plate were investigated by tensile test, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that cold-pre-rolling after quenching promotes the formation of semi-coherent phase θ', but suppresses that of coherent phase θ" and GP zone. Reduction increasing from 7% to 40% results in peak-age strength decreasing at first, then increasing, and so does elongation. When the reduction is from 15% to 30%,the lost strength can be attributed to the inhomogeneous distribution of θ' phase.关键词
