微波辅助液相合成花状氧化锌微晶
Microwave-assisted solution-based synthesis of flower-like ZnO microcrystals

Abstract
Flower-like ZnO microcrystals were prepared using ZnC12 and NH3·H2O as materials by a facile microwave-assisted solution-based route.Phase structure, morphology and properties of products were investigated in detail by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra.The influence of reaction conditions such as volume of NH3·H2O, microwave power and reaction time on morphologies and sizes of final products was studied.The possible nucleation-crystal growth formation mechanism of flower-like ZnO microcrystals was proposed based on the experimental results.The results show that flower-like ZnO microcrystals are obtained extensively with 1.5 mL NH3·H2O and microwave power of 240 W for 20 min simultaneously.Flower-like ZnO microcrystals possess unique fluorescent properties.关键词
