水解酸化反应器处理高盐化工污水的优化研究
Optimization of hydrolysis acidification reactors treating chemical industrial wastewater with high salinity

Abstract
The device operating parameters of stratospheric, baffled and up-flow hydrolysis acidification reactors were optimized, respectively. Three kinds of optimum device operating parameters of these reactors used in treating simulation of water samples of hard-biodegradable chemical industrial wastewater with high salinity were determined. (1) the optimum stirring speed of stratospheric reactor is 150 r/min. In this case, the COD (Chemical oxygen demand) removal rate reaches 17%, the VFA(Volatile fatty acid) growth rate reaches 167%, and the biodegradability of sewage increases from 0.30 to 0.42. (2) The optimum deflector angle of baffled reactor is 60°. In this condition, the COD removal rate reaches 16%, the VFA growth rate reaches 83%, and the biodegradability of sewage increases from 0.30 to 0.40. (3) The optimum inner loop proportion of up-flow reactor is 200%. The COD removal rate reaches 20.0%, the VFA growth rate reaches 267%, and the biodegradability of sewage increases from 0.30 to 0.44. The experiment results show that up-flow reactor performances best among the three kinds of reactor, either according to the sludge properties, or to mass transfer efficiency.关键词
