52例糖尿病足的临床护理
Clinical care experiences on 52 cases of diabetic foot
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss nursing care to patients with diabetic foot for improving the quality of life and raising healing rate. Metboda Psychological care, basic care, foot ulcer care and health education to 52 cases of diabetic foot were implemented. Results Among 52 cases of diabetic foot, 2cases amputated extremity, 4 cases of automatic discharge, 46 cases of ulcer area reduced were found.Conclusion Active and effective care measures can promote the rehabilitation of the patients with diabetic foot, improve the quality of life and raise healing rate.关键词
