Abstract
Microwave switch can switch microwave signals in the microwave communication equipments, who is one of the most important components in the electronic equipments, such as radar, microwave communication, satellite communication and microwave measurement.A design method of miniaturized broadband single-pole double throw (SPDT) switch is presented, in which the rational layout and structure of the circuit, and the micro-assembly technology are used to realize the context of 3~12 GHz.The insertion loss of this switch is less than 3.2 dB, the isolation degree of this switch is greater than 70 dB, and the overall size of this switch is less than 20 mm× 15 mm× 10 mm.关键词
