Abstract
According to the IEEE 802.11 DCF model, a cooperative MAC protocol for Ad Hoc network is proposed by using cooperative diversity technique.In this protocol, in order to validly decrease the influence on network performance from node's remotion and channel's change, the destination node chooses transmission mode and cooperative node instantaneously.At the same time, combintng the signal from the source node and the signal from the cooperative node in a maximum-ratio combining (MRC) technique, the reliability of system can be improved.The simulation results demonstrate that the throughput and delay performance of this protocol increased 20 ％ and 50 ％ respectively compared with the conventional IEEE 802.11DCF protocol on the proposed condition.关键词
