摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expression and Correlation of NF-KBp65 and ICAM-1 in oral lichen planus (OLP). Method The expression of NF-KBp65 and ICAM-1 in 15 cases of normal oral mucosa ( NOM ) tissues ,30 cases of OLP tissues was detected by immunohistochemical and Western Blotting experiment. Results ( 1)The expression of NF-KBp65 and ICAM-1 in OLP is significantly higher than that in NOM (P＜0.01 ) ; ( 2)The expression of NF-KBp65 and ICAM-1 in OLP showed a positive correlation (r = 0.774, P = 0.000). Conclusion The activation of NF-KBp65 strengthens the ICAM-1' s expressions in oral lichen planus patients. Inhibit activation of NF- KBp65 may be a method for prevent and treatment of oral lichen planus.
