摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of charge pump LED driver, an error amplifier is designed for reducing output voltage ripple and stabilizing output voltage.This error amplifier has a wide voltage range to make LED driver in a high efficiency and low noise operation.The whole circuit is designed using CHRT 0.35μm CMOS MIXED SIGNAL TECHNOLOGY.Simulation results indicate that under the power supply of 2.7~5 V, open-loop voltage gain is about 72 dB, phase margin is about 65°, unity gain bandwidth is about 4.6 MHz, common mode rejection ratio is about 113 dB, and power supply rejection ratio is about 100 dB.
