摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and analysis of the impact factors blood cells caused by the pseudoplatelet reduce,improve the accuracy of results.Methods Manual count of platelets and blood smears on platelet histogram rechecked of the 60 cases of abnormal and part of reduced blood platelet count specimens.Results PLT histogram normal electrical impedance of the results of manual and platelet count of blood smears and recheck of no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).PLT histogram abnormal electrical impedance of the results of manual and platelet count of blood smears and recheck of significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the daily work,the bulk sample testing at the choice of low-cost electrical impedance,and when there is abnormal PLT histogram must be manually counted and blood smears recheck and check to ensure the accuracy of the results.关键词
