中兽药复方"根黄分散片"提取工艺的研究
Study on Abstraction Processes of Chinese Veterinary Medicine Genhuang Dispersible Tablets

Abstract
The alcohol and water were used as solvent to optimize the best abstraction technique of Genhuang dispersible tables. In this experiment, the Chinese herbs were abstracted with the different ethanol concentrations (40 ％, 50％, 60 ％, 70％,80％, 90％ and 100％) and water. The amount of baicalin and the extract rate were used as the index of the best abstraction technique. The best extraction technologic conditions were as the following. 70％ ethanol was used to abstract according to percolation method. The gruffs were added ten times amount of water and extracted two times. They were two hours and one hour. After 70％ alcohol was used to extract according to percolation method, we extracted the remaining gruffs according to decocting method. This process is simple and feasible, and it is suitable for industrialized large-scale manufacture.关键词
