稀释碘伏对人胃癌细胞SGC-7901生长的影响
Povidone-iodione inhibited the growth of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of diluted povidone-iodione on proliferation and apoptosis of gastric cancer cell line SCC-7901. Methods Human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 cells were treated with different conc:entrations(0. 5％ ,0. 25％,0. 01％ ) of diluted povidone-iodione , respectively. MTT assay was used to examine the proliferation. PI and Hoechst33528 staining were used to observe the morphological changes of cancer cells,and flow cytometry was performed to detect the apoptotic rate. Results The proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line SCC-7901 cells in vitro was inhibited by 0. 01％ ,0. 25％ ,0. 5％ of povidone-iodione, and the inhibition rates of growth reached to 89. 3％ ,88. 5％ and 88. 1％ , respectively. Apoptotic nuclei was observed by PI and Hoechst33528 staining after treated with 0.01％ diluted povidone-iodione for 1 min. Conclusion Diluted povidone-iodione can inhibit the proliferation of human gastric canc:er cell line SGC-7901 in vitro .which would provide a theoretical basis for using diluted povidoneiodione in intraoperative peritoneal lavage to inhibit the tumor metastasis.关键词
