口腔鳞癌患者血清、唾液Cyfra21-1含量检测的对比研究

Abstract
Objective In the goal examination oral cavity scale cancer (OSCC) patient blood serum,the saliva the Cyfra21-1 content,discusses it in the OSCC clinical practice value. Methods Simultaneously examinee 43 example OSCC patient after the ELISA law (technique and technique) and 35 example normal collator blood serum and the saliva Cyfra21-1 level,the computation sensitivity and the peculiarity and carries on staristics processing. Results The OSCC group patient blood serum and the saliva Cyfra21-1 content were 1.11 ± 0. 59 ng/ml and 84. 76±77 ng/ml, respectively. It was higher than the normal control group (0. 33±0. 20 ng/ml,t= 2. 851,P＜0. 01) and (43. 11 ±40. 96 ng/ml,t = 3. 112,P＜ 0. 01) ; And in clinical by stages ,tumor size , lymph node shift , whether aspects and so on original recrudescence hadn't statistics significance (P＞0. 05),but after the technique,before the content obviously was lower than the technique,drops separately to 0. 67± 0. 12 ng/ml and 42. 48±38 ng/ml,lt had statistics significance (tblood (aerum)=2. 007,t(aaliva) = 3. 094,P＜0. 05). The human body blood serum,the saliva Cyfra21-1 content was being obviously related (r=0. 628). OSCC group blood serum,saliva Cyfra21-1 examination sensitivity,peculiarity were 64. 1 ％ ,88. 6％ and 69. 9％ , 94. 7％ ,respectively. Conclusion In of the conclusion blood serum,the saliva the Cyfra21-1 content may take OSCC one of the auxiliary diagnosis,the curative effea observation and prognosis monitor important targets.关键词
